Role Summary:

Our Business Office Department is in search of a Staff Accountant. This role presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional journey. As a key contributor, you will support the financial operations of Rusnak Automotive Group by delivering essential accounting services, which include analyzing accounts and preparing financial statements. This position requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger by preparing entries, reconciling accounts, and managing records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all financial matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar positions within the automotive, retail, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
