About the Role

As a key member of our team at Sanborn Chevrolet, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your expertise in automotive systems and diagnostic techniques will enable you to provide accurate and efficient repairs, ensuring our customers' vehicles are back on the road in no time.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal repair outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a service technician role, with a focus on electric drivability and diagnostic techniques.
  • ASE certification and A-level qualifications in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
