Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

At Cleveland Clinic, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures on patients using radiation to examine body structures and tissue.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform computerized axial tomography (CT) procedures
Obtain patient history and clinical data for correlation with exams
Scan all required paperwork into the RIS system
Compile exams for reading by radiologist
Critique exams for film quality and proper identification
Document reasons for any variation in procedures
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R)
Current radiology license in the State of Ohio
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
