We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Host service line, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of our designated building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors, including issuing visitor and parking passes and following security protocols.
- Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and complaints, providing solutions in a professional and customer-driven manner.
- Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing clear and concise information.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, with an inquisitive mindset and ability to comprehend and interpret instructions.
