Requirements
  • Military Background: Military background preferred. Veterans with experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Education and Training: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in millwright or industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience as a Millwright, demonstrating strong mechanical skills and knowledge.
  • Blueprint Reading and Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
  • Precision Tools and Instruments: Experience in using precision tools and instruments for measuring and aligning machinery.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable.
  • Safety Protocols and Compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Communication: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions
  • Industrial Facility: The Millwright will primarily work within our industrial facility, which may include indoor and outdoor areas.
  • Weather Conditions and Noise: Exposure to various weather conditions and loud noises.
