- Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability.

- Collaborate with the plant General Manager to prioritize maintenance activities and allocate resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the nonwovens or textiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and repair, including electronics and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance personnel.
- A competitive salary in the range of $120,000 per year.
