Role Summary: Provide comprehensive project implementation support to Visa Endpoint clients, including financial institutions and processors in the North American region, ensuring that all expectations are consistently met or surpassed.

Project Oversight: Supervise a variety of project initiatives, primarily focused on Visa's DPS platform Endpoint connections, systems, and applications, employing best practices in project management.

Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with both internal and external project resources to guarantee that deliverables and commitments are fulfilled.

Technology Integration: Collaborate closely with Visa's technology and product teams to comprehend new business initiatives and their implications for existing and prospective client programs.

Change Management: Manage non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests related to tactical and strategic client initiatives.

Workflow Management: Take ownership of individual workflow assignments, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution and adherence to deadlines.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancements that lead to greater efficiency, effectiveness, and increased client satisfaction.

Relationship Building: Foster and strengthen positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs in support of client projects and initiatives.

Communication Management: Oversee internal and external project communications, including meeting minutes and dashboards, ensuring regular and consistent updates are provided to relevant parties.

Reporting: Report on client project achievements and deliverables to management and various stakeholders.

Training Support: Assist in training internal and/or cross-functional teams as necessary.

Work Schedule: This position may require off-scheduled work, including late evenings and weekends, to support client and company configuration changes and associated post-production validation.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days a week, based on business needs.
