What You'll Do
  • Support Our Heroes: Help coordinate Client/Caregiver schedules, ensuring our caregivers can provide the best care possible.
  • Be the Office Dynamo: Handle essential office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Recruit the Best: Assist in the recruiting process, from phone screens to reference checks, making sure we bring in top talent.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and follow our internal policies.
  • Make a Difference: Provide 1v1 caregiving services on a regular basis, building meaningful relationships with our clients.
  • Be On-Call: Occasionally step in for weekend and evening on-call duties to ensure our clients are always supported.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma Required: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) Certification Preferred.
  • 2 Years of Administrative Experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for Helping Seniors Live Independently.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Insured Vehicle.
  • Ability to Pass a Driving Record and Background Check.
  • Part-Time to Start.
