The ideal candidate will contribute substantially to Tasco Security's ongoing success and growth by driving personal and company sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Travel in company vehicle throughout New Hampshire and Vermont to promote and sell our security solutions.
  2. Build and nurture effective relationships with customers, contractors, real estate brokers, architects, insurance agents and property management professionals.
  3. Generate sales leads through proactive engagement and membership in local and statewide associations.
  4. Perform thorough needs analysis and security assessments for potential and current clients to tailor proposals.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions accurately meet client requirements.
  6. Maintain and update customer interactions in a database for follow-up and report generation.
  7. Regularly meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Attend and participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  9. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
