Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular sonography
  • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and position patients for optimal imaging
  • Operate ultrasound equipment, adjust settings, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal image quality
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, exam results, and any relevant medical history

Requirements:

  • ARDMS-AB/ARDMS-OB/BCLS/BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic ultrasound
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
