Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Cayuse Shared Services is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound sonographic procedures with precision and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional patient care and communication skills.
  • Perform a range of ultrasound techniques, including abdominal, retroperitoneal, and vascular scans.
  • Assist with minor invasive procedures, such as cyst aspiration and biopsies.
  • Obtain and relay critical information related to exams.
  • Provide education and support to patients and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education and certification in diagnostic medical sonography.
  • Board eligibility for certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Current Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound and/or OBGYN sonography.
