Cayuse Shared Services is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound sonographic procedures with precision and care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient care and communication skills.
- Perform a range of ultrasound techniques, including abdominal, retroperitoneal, and vascular scans.
- Assist with minor invasive procedures, such as cyst aspiration and biopsies.
- Obtain and relay critical information related to exams.
- Provide education and support to patients and staff as needed.
- Education and certification in diagnostic medical sonography.
- Board eligibility for certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Current Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound and/or OBGYN sonography.
