Job Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Software Automation Test Engineer to support the Wideband Control Integration Test Division at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability and functionality of software by identifying issues before it reaches end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create programs, functions, and capabilities by writing code in various computer languages.
  • Self-task and make decisions while working in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Support and enhance automation testing for various satellite systems for PdM Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (WESS).
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of experience in coding and software pipelines in a professional or academic environment.
  • Experience working with Terraform and/or Ansible.
  • Ability to work within a small team.
  • Self-tasking and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work within a changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Experience working with virtual environments (VMWare, ProxMox, Hyper-V).
  • Experience working with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Experience working with sprints or in an agile environment.
  • Cloud Computing experience.
