Job Summary

MAG USA Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Software Automation Test Engineer to support the Wideband Control Integration Test Division at Tobyhanna Army Depot. As a Software Automation Test Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and functionality of software by identifying issues before it reaches end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create programs, functions, and capabilities by writing code in various computer languages.
  • Self-task and make decisions while working in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Support and enhance automation testing for various satellite systems for PdM Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (WESS).
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of experience in coding and software pipelines in a professional or academic environment.
  • Must have experience working with Terraform and/or Ansible.
  • Must be able to work within a small team.
  • Must be able to self-task and make decisions.
  • Must have the flexibility to work within a changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Experience working with virtual environments (VMWare, ProxMox, Hyper-V).
  • Experience working with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Experience working with sprints or in an agile environment.
  • Cloud Computing experience.
