As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Your warm and friendly demeanor will shine through in every interaction, making our guests feel welcome and at home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to Drury Hotels' high standards.
