Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at SSM Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operating Rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a safe and efficient Operating Room environment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in the preparation and maintenance of patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Operating Room team.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Either prior OR experience or graduation from an approved surgical technician program.
