Job Summary

C&W Services is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Site Lead to oversee the maintenance operations and infrastructure in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders to all trades, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance operations and infrastructure in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work Order Management: Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders to all trades, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical assistance and training to Facilities Maintenance personnel, and oversee project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors for all capital and non-capital improvement projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance and accountability reporting, and provide follow-up reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds in relation to work order status and loads.
  • Communication: Provide effective communication and compliance to the College's Director of Environmental Health and Safety, and manage and procure all service and preventative maintenance contracts and agreements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years managerial/supervisory experience in the facilities management field, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Skills: Experience performing maintenance on equipment such as chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers, HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, utility services, electrical power distribution, plumbing & sewage, and HP steam systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as OSHA, EPA, or other industry-specific certifications.
