ROLE SUMMARY:
The Facilities Maintenance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of our venue. Our maintenance team is tasked with the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of both the interior and exterior spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere that complements our food, beverages, and entertainment offerings.

Keep your direct supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters and take immediate corrective actions as needed or propose alternative solutions.

Safely operate all maintenance equipment.
Utilize cleaning chemicals appropriately and in the correct amounts for safety and cost-effectiveness.
Follow all company safety and sanitation protocols.
Manage inventory effectively to avoid overstocking or waste.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas, floors, walls, and drains.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of maintenance storage areas.
Ensure all windows, light fixtures, and mirrors are clean and well-maintained.
Care for wood floors, walls, tiles, and carpets.
Maintain the sanitation of restroom facilities, including restocking supplies.
Dust and polish all wooden fixtures and hardware.
Clean and service ceiling fans, air intakes, and HVAC vents.
Maintain cleanliness of mats and back dock areas.
Assist fellow team members as needed based on business demands.

Foster positive working relationships with all team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

Exhibit a friendly demeanor and maintain a positive attitude while working varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Previous experience in maintenance within hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrate effective communication skills with guests and team members.
Exhibit self-discipline and motivation.
Adhere to dress code guidelines, presenting a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:

Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $19

Salary Range:
$16 - $17 per hour. We are an equal opportunity employer and participate in E-Verify in states where required.
