Job Summary

Senior Maintenance Aide (Seasonal) - Diablo Range District

The Senior Maintenance Aide will be stationed at the Service Yard near Rock City in Mount Diablo State Park. Reporting to the Park Maintenance Chief and lead maintenance staff, the Senior Maintenance Aide will carry out various unskilled facilities maintenance tasks such as restroom cleaning, garbage collection, and litter pick up. Additional responsibilities include driving state vehicles, assisting with facility maintenance and repairs, all mainly conducted outdoors, even in unfavorable weather conditions.

This role mandates possession of a valid Class C driver's license. Details of your driver's license must be provided in the application, including number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements or restrictions.

Accommodations

This position entails working in both indoor and outdoor settings, exposed to various weather conditions.

Requirements

  • The position requires a valid California Drivers License (CDL). Detailed information about your CDL must be included in your application.
