System Implementation:
Work closely with branch offices and customers to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components at installation sites.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, architecture, and code changes to facilitate collaboration and support future maintenance.

Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for existing destination dispatch and monitoring systems, addressing performance issues, and resolving software bugs.

Compliance:
Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to elevator systems and ensure software compliance with safety standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the elevator systems.

Tool Development:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools used in conjunction with the dispatch and monitoring systems.

Requirements:
B.S or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux based operating systems.
Knowledge of hardware-software interfacing and communication protocols.
Understanding of network infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of elevator systems and industry-specific standards or building standards preferred.
