Job Summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide innovative software solutions based on established specifications, considering IT priorities.
Assist in requirements gathering, analyze operational feasibility, and follow the software development lifecycle.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Stakeholders, and team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrated progressive experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
Must be able to code in Java, C/C++, Python, C#.NET, VB.NET, Ruby on Rails, PHP OR Swift.
Hands-on experience developing stored procedures, functions, tables and joins using SQL Sr.
Must be comfortable with "On-call Duties" which includes being available for assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field of study.
Professional work experience with ILE RPG, OS400 and DB2 Databases.
Accustomed to working in an Agile Development environment a plus
