We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catalyst Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the Inert Catalyst Industry.
Summary/Objective:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, track progress, and identify potential risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects within the Inert Catalyst Industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
