Chemical Cleaning Field Lead

USA DeBusk, LLC is a leading provider of mechanical and industrial cleaning services, specializing in the downstream energy market. We offer a comprehensive suite of maintenance and turnaround services, including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemical Cleaning Field Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising crews performing chemical cleaning and unit decontamination work at industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to staff members, ensuring they are trained effectively on all job duties according to company and client policies.
  • Oversee the performance and attendance of your team members.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA guidelines, company policies, and procedures. Ensure all equipment functions properly.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of circulation and chemical injection pumps, as well as Oil and Gas processing equipment.
  • Prepare for job assignments by loading out equipment and familiarizing yourself with the necessary tools to complete the scope of work safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all aspects of the job site and equipment before commencing work.
  • Develop and implement Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and complete all required safety paperwork.
  • Communicate project updates effectively with clients.
  • Contribute to general equipment maintenance, including servicing, greasing, and cleaning company vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as sweeping floors, removing trash, and assisting in general housekeeping.
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment for future jobs, ensuring proper storage and organization of tools and PPE.
  • Submit accurate time sheets and administrative paperwork by the required deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must successfully pass a hair follicle and urine drug screen (including random screenings).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the chemical cleaning and unit decontamination field are required.
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience is essential.
  • Prior work experience at industrial owner facilities is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external communication.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Valid TWIC card (receipt acceptable if recently applied).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work at various industrial owner facilities.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks associated with service lines provided by USA DeBusk, LLC.
  • Availability for on-call duty, flexible scheduling, including off shifts and weekends.
  • Willingness to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night) in various environments.
