Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the integrity and management of student records. This role is essential in ensuring that all student-related actions are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student records and schedules.
• Supervise the Student Records team, providing effective planning, training, and oversight.
• Conduct training for Records Clerks and other staff to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform data analysis on student records to support decision-making.
• Administer compliance with database management programs, serving as a point-of-contact for related inquiries.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports, including attendance and enrollment records.
• Assist students with inquiries regarding allowances, schedules, and transportation.
• Monitor student accountability and documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
• Foster a motivated and empowered team environment, holding staff accountable for quality performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited institution is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in records management or administrative support is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets and word processing, is essential.
• A high school diploma combined with five years of relevant experience may substitute for the Associate's Degree requirement.
