Pharmacy Department Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Department Support Role to assist the Director in overseeing the pharmacy department's daily functions. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited College of Pharmacy and possess experience with medication orders, profiles, and pharmacy management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and accurately transcribe medication orders
  • Maintain proficiency in pharmacy management software
  • Conduct Medication Reconciliation processes
  • Ensure the accuracy of medication profiles
  • Monitor and review patients' medication profiles

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Registered or eligible for registration in the State of Rhode Island
  • Preferred: Board Certification in Psychopharmacology

Work Schedule: Per Diem, requiring 6 shifts per month, including 2 weekends
