About the Role

As a Radiation Therapist at Right Hire Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality radiation therapy procedures to patients. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate equipment delivering ionizing radiation for therapeutic purposes.
  • Perform pretreatment preparations, including simulations and fabrication of treatment devices.
  • Conduct daily morning QA on linear accelerators and CT simulators.
  • Utilize hospital and Radiation Oncology EMR systems to record patient treatment delivery and document patient positioning information.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved program in Radiation Therapy.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Must be Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and licensed by the state of New Mexico or eligible for licensure.
  • CPR certification required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
