Job Title: Traffic Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at The Walsh Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic around our construction sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control the flow of traffic around construction sites
  • Oversee the proper erection, placement, and removal of traffic control materials
  • Maintain traffic control supplies as needed
  • Ensure that flag persons are properly trained for duty
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of verifiable experience in traffic control or a related field
  • Certification in Work Zone Traffic Control may be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
