MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 16 years in relevant fields

Role Summary:
The Information Assurance & Security Master will be responsible for establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide information assurance and security protocols. This role involves the development and execution of security standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding organizational assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement organizational information assurance and security standards.
- Design and execute security programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Evaluate and recommend information assurance/security solutions that align with client requirements.
- Identify and address security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Establish information assurance and security criteria based on user, policy, regulatory, and resource assessments.
- Assist clients in the formulation and execution of security policies and procedures.
- Apply expertise to both government and commercial systems, ensuring specialized security measures are in place.
- Conduct analysis, design, and development of security features for various system architectures.
- Assess and define security requirements for diverse computing environments, including mainframes and personal computers.
- Develop and implement security solutions that fulfill organizational requirements.
- Facilitate the integration and deployment of security solutions across systems.
- Analyze technical issues related to information assurance and provide engineering support.
- Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Ensure operational integrity and security of all information systems.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and enhancing Information Security policies and requirements.
- Expertise in conducting vulnerability and risk assessments for computer systems.
- Experience managing complex enterprise-level projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server operating systems.
- Familiarity with on-premise and cloud security solutions, as well as IP Networks/Security.
- Extensive troubleshooting experience with NetApp SAN.
- Hands-on experience with storage management on VMware ESXi.
- Strong understanding of server and endpoint operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 2016 Active Directory environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Avoidance strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- In-depth understanding of SAN replication and Disaster Recovery processes.
- Experience with VMware Site Recovery Manager.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Master's degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH.
