R&R Collaborative Therapy Services is a comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with a care-first model of rehabilitation. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Director to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Director is responsible for the complete oversight of operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic. This includes ensuring compliance with all regulations and healthcare requirements, as well as patient evaluation and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet census goals of the clinic and each clinician, with regular scorecard reviews
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, working closely with Human Resources
  • Facilitate facility maintenance and upkeep
  • Review and approve timecards through ADP, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Interview and hire clinical, administrative, and aide staff in collaboration with HR
  • Train and onboard clinical staff, with ongoing evaluation of performance
  • Resolve performance problems and escalate to HR when necessary
  • Monitor staff compliance and patient satisfaction
  • Manage and approve expenses of staff in the clinic
  • Oversee physician referral management, including outreach visits and direct access review
  • Manage clinical support staff, including scheduling, interviewing, and hiring/termination
  • Monitor discharge policy adherence and monthly clinical supply ordering
  • Adhere to lost patient log workflow and participate in regular meetings with the Operations Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Professional license/certification required
  • Valid CPR license
  • Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or program development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Able to troubleshoot, with keen decision-making and judgment skills
  • Team player with excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
