  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
  • Process payment transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Guest-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends, including holidays.
  • State-required serving age and alcohol certification, as required.
