Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with parking operations, including directing vehicles to designated parking areas and ensuring optimal utilization of space.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to fan inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with event management and Purdue University Police Department (PUPD) officers to ensure a smooth and safe event experience.
  • Communicate effectively with fans, providing accurate directions to surrounding parking lots, Ross-Ade Stadium, Mackey Arena, and the ticket office.
  • Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and interpersonal skills.

  • General knowledge of athletics-related rules and regulations.
