We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Pinon Health Center in Pinon, Arizona. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive, skilled, and competent nursing care to patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, school-age children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Manage patient needs, perform nursing duties, and provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Operate and mentor specialized equipment, including respiratory equipment, defibrillators, and electrocardiographs.
- Interview patients, family members, and others to determine triage classification and evaluate appropriate interventions for patients in life-threatening situations.
- Provide inter-facility transports and ensure the safe transfer of patients between facilities.
- Minimum 36 months of nursing experience and/or ER experience.
- Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
- Active, current registration as a professional nurse in the State of Arizona.
- Required certifications: Current Driver's License, Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is Mandatory for Urgent Clinic, and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is optional.
