Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join HOCAPS Limited as an Assistant Director of Human Resources. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a world-renowned luxury hotel group, driving strategic HR initiatives and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of front-line employees
  • Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels, addressing problems and queries
  • Encourage a high standard of employee conduct and behaviour, and coordinate disciplinary procedures when necessary
  • Coordinate and maintain staff accommodation, ensuring it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
  • Organize and promote sports and social activities to foster a positive team culture
  • Conduct regular appraisals, review development needs, and implement strategies for improvement
  • Maintain high levels of colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active support and participation in hotel core committees
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the hotel

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated HR professional with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality sector

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
