Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health Services department. As a Referral Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between potential clients and our organization, ensuring seamless transitions and effective support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for new and incoming clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist with client intake for various programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of referrals.
