Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Internal Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing supply chain streams and solutions with a focus on internal warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production scheduling process flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve inventory management
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production scheduling and shipping processes
  • Implement and maintain MRP/ERP systems to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source and procure materials and supplies
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure supply chain performance
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on warehouse operations and supply chain management
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse management in a manufacturing environment
  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement planning in a manufacturing environment, and in using MRP systems
  • 3+ years of experience in production control or production scheduling
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP implementation, planning, and execution, and inventory accuracy improvement concepts
  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations
  • Ability to create and track key performance indicators to report on supply chain performance
  • Ability to plan and execute the sourcing of required quantities of supplies and materials to optimize production
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams including Procurement, Production, Quality, and Engineering
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
