The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Studio Manager in attracting new members while ensuring the satisfaction and retention of current members through exceptional sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the studio's sales strategy, focusing on lead generation, management, and conversion.
  • Perform member retention activities to foster loyalty.
  • Meet daily objectives, including bookings and sales targets.
  • Engage in community outreach events to enhance studio visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of member bookings.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere at the studio by interacting with members before and after classes.
Qualifications
  • Driven individual with a proven ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Enthusiastic about fitness and wellness.
  • Professional demeanor, reliable, and punctual.
  • Comfortable using computers and studio management software.
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
