Bridgemark Inc is seeking a skilled Substance Use Disorder Therapist to manage a caseload of clients and provide individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in substance use counseling, and a compassionate approach.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of clients
Identify underlying factors and create personalized treatment plans
Support clients and their families
Facilitate group sessions and individual counseling
Collaborate with clinical staff
Maintain professional demeanor and documentation
Adhere to BHDDH regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Knowledge of substance use counseling
Familiarity with DSM-5, ICD-10, and ASAM criteria
Licensure with the state desired
Compassionate, upbeat, and positive personality
BA in related field or 2 years experience in substance use settings
Certifications:
Independent Clinical License, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP), LMHC, or LICSW
