We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our team at Northeast Family Services. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will serve as the primary therapist and contact for clients, developing treatment methodologies and ensuring the effective implementation of all treatment for clients on your caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Rhode Island
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
