As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing services in the patient's place of residence following physician plan of care and agency policies.
- Assess and interpret patient data to identify requirements relative to the population.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and families.
- Document timely in the electronic health record.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
- Graduate nurses must complete licensure examination within six months of hire or within one year of graduation, whichever comes first.
- Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities, and specialized equipment.
