Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the critical care unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing or higher
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
  • ACLS certification
  • CPR certification
  • CCRN certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
  • Completion of coursework in critical care nursing
