About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs and make sound clinical decisions.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• CCRN (Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred
