Job Title: Medical Assistant

At QualDerm Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in delivering high-quality dermatological services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Escort patients to and from exam rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Review patient health histories, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, phone prescriptions, and refills
  • Maintain infection control policies and ensure a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in a medical office, preferably in dermatology
  • Medical Terminology knowledge
