Overview

Together Women's Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join their team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth experience for every patient interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient health history and accurately document in Electronic Medical Record
  • Prepare exam rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Perform preliminary physical tests and obtain vital signs
  • Set up diagnostic and treatment equipment as needed
  • Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as required
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for patient medical records, test requests, medications, and patient education
  • May perform Scribe duties
  • Assist physicians as directed
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) preferred
  • 1+ years in a medical office
  • Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology required
  • Previous experience at an OBGYN office preferred
