Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient consultative services with a small outpatient presence
- Work with a wide variety of cases from the ICU, medical floors, surgical teams, ED, LVAD, and congenital heart patients
- Collaborate with a robust care team, including Hospice and Palliative Medicine board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, a dedicated chaplain, and a music thanatologist
- Must be a board eligible/board certified Hospice and Palliative Physician
- Monday to Friday schedule
- No call or weekends
- Team based care model with an interdisciplinary care team
- Ample opportunity for teaching medical students and residents as faculty of two medical schools and local Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residencies
- Guaranteed salary, quality incentives, and CME funds and hours
- Compensation between $122.48 and $154.19 per hour
- Relocation assistance available
