Job Title: Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant to join our team at Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company. As a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is responsible for performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. You will work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and front office staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including vital signs, EKGs, and lab draws
  • Assist with patient education and health promotion
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant certification from an accredited training program
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility
