Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Technician to join our team at Booth Management Consulting, LLC. As a Medical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical services unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment physicals, periodic exams, and other medical screenings
  • Work closely with Human Capital Recruiters to ensure seamless communication throughout the medical process
  • Locate and arrange facilities for pre-employment physicals and drug screens
  • Assist with the onboarding process by coordinating drug screenings and ensuring proper completion of change of custody forms
  • Communicate with laboratories and relay messages to the drug coordinator regarding test results
  • Assist with medical surveillance programs and ensure accurate completion of medical questionnaires
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties, including record-keeping and correspondence
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • GED or High School Graduate and Medical Office Assistant training/certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
