Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer shipments by securing competitive rates and capacity with qualified carriers and partners.
  • Manage transport operations by executing bookings through carrier partnerships and utilizing the CBAIR booking platform.
  • Conduct data entry and generate necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with customer care specialists to ensure adherence to air transport regulations and national standards.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of airfreight operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Basic customer service skills, including the ability to liaise with suppliers and partners.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with airfreight rules and regulations.
  • Ability to support both customers and internal teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and accountable for achieving results.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Gateway procurement standards and KPIs.
  • Prepare and process documentation for air export consolidations.
  • Enhance real-time visibility and accuracy through AirLOG Airfreight 2.0 methodology.
  • Optimize carrier utilization and cargo consolidations.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and truck dispatch teams for timely processing and delivery to the airport.
  • Continuously seek improvements in departmental efficiency and processes.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers while ensuring compliance with existing tariffs.
  • Knowledge of ULD/build-up processes and in-bonds is a plus.
