Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Logistics Analyst to join our team at Stellant Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing daily logistics and supply chain processes, reporting logistics performance, cost, and efficiency metrics, and supporting process improvement and projects with operational data and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on logistics performance, cost, and efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Execute and maintain logistics data and reporting to support process improvement and projects.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and report any safety violations or concerns.
- Enforce and monitor Supply Chain standard operating procedures to meet production/material/shipping/receiving schedules and deadlines.
- Coordinate ordering of supply requests and ensure adequate stock room supplies to support production operations.
- Review and manage copy paper stock, ordering, and other office supplies.
- Execute cycle count processes, including data entry, reporting, and investigation of variances.
- Recommend measures to improve material handling, kitting, and reporting processes.
- Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for each inventory location.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive critical actions and sustain service-level results.
- Ensure transactions are accurate and meet the needs of stakeholders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of post-secondary education with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and Access tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP (INFOR LN) experience.
- Aerospace/Space supply chain analytical experience.
- CLTD Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
- CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional.
- CPIM Certified in Planning and Inventory Management.
