Assume responsibility for a well-established portfolio in the Carmel area, supported by a robust network of bank referrals. Leverage the extensive resources of a leading financial institution to establish a solid foundation for your business growth.
Maintain a visible presence within the bank to cultivate strong relationships and build credibility with both internal and external clients. Organize and lead client meetings to assess current accounts and facilitate sales, both independently and in collaboration with licensed bankers.

Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and coach for licensed bank personnel
- Meet sales objectives while prioritizing client interests
- Plan and execute individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank staff
- Conduct seminars aimed at business development and growth
- Identify client needs and introduce services from other bank employees, such as loans and estate planning
- Acknowledge and reward goal achievements
- Ensure a commitment to ethical practices that enhance customer experiences
- Follow up post-appointments to nurture relationships and generate referrals from the existing client base
Requirements
- Experience in the brokerage industry in an advisory role
- Possession of Series 7, 66 (63 and 65) and state insurance licenses
- Ability to inspire and motivate others in a collaborative environment
- Proven capacity to simplify and convey complex financial concepts
- Demonstrated success in establishing strong internal and external client relationships
- Extensive knowledge of the securities industry, investment products, and financial solutions
- Exceptional sales and presentation abilities
