Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Installer to join our team at Ohio Heating & Refrigeration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.Responsibilities
  • Install and configure new HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations
  • Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC or related fields, with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, with a strong physical presence
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on efficiency and safety
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to upholding company values
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License and EPA Certification
  • Pass a background check and random drug testing
