Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering design and project oversight. This role offers flexibility in location, allowing for remote work options within the designated area.

The successful candidate will engage in a variety of projects across sectors such as industrial, commercial, hospitality, energy, and public works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing technical projects.
  • Executing all design aspects including grading, drainage, water, sewer, and erosion control.
  • Preparing technical documentation such as reports, concept designs, specifications, and permit applications.
  • Engaging in value engineering and cost estimation for construction projects.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and quality control throughout project lifecycles.
  • Participating in client management and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota or the ability to obtain it within one year.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D and related design software.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary for project support.
